How We Do It
From the moment you request our assistance, you are assigned a dedicated team of RPM professionals entirely devoted to helping you develop and deliver a successful ACM presentation. Our team typically consists of a project director and regulatory production crew—which includes PowerPoint/graphics specialists, AV engineers and a project assistant.
We are involved with your ACM presentation development process on three core levels:
Project Consultation and Management: At this level, we define the upcoming process so that everyone fully understands the role he or she will be playing. Additionally, we work with you in doing the following:
- Establishing and driving key timelines
- Specifying criteria for internal rehearsals, mock meetings, final rehearsals and ACM
- Providing training and guidance throughout the entire ACM preparation process
Slide Development/Organization: Because this is where ACM meetings can succeed or fail, it is where we focus the bulk of our efforts. The development and organization of hundreds—or even thousands—of slides with key findings, responses, etc. is where we excel…and where our clients typically need us most. We provide:
- PPT expertise
- Core and backup visuals
- Version control systems
Equipment and FDA Logistics: When the meeting day has arrived, the last thing you and your team need to worry about is whether the presentation technology will work, where people will be seated and a whole host of other logistical details. We take care of all of that so you can focus on why you are there: to tell the compelling story of your drug, vaccine or device. We provide:
- AV systems
- Full video, audio and Q&A equipment
- Video and audio recording
- Mock room layouts that mimic the ACM layout
- Instant Recall Software that simplifies Q&A logistics
Combining human expertise with state-of-the art technology to deliver successful regulatory advisory committee presentations is what we do at RPM. In fact, it is all we do. That is why we are the leaders in our industry. It is the attention we give to details and the attention we give to our clients that lead them to call us first when the FDA comes calling on them.
